All services are based on a TIME ALLOTMENT of 30 minute, 60 minute and 90 minute sessions. You can mix and match services offered below to create your own special “YOU TIME”. $75/hour
Massage Therapy
Can include myofascial release, Berry Method® techniques, trigger point therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and Swedish massage. Most of which are used to break down old holding patterns, promote healthy tissue and restore normal range of motion. Session times are 30minute, 60 minute, 90minute.
Medical Massage
Is for insurance patients. Treatment will be based on a doctor’s diagnosis. The type and length of these treatments will vary from 30 minutes – 60 minutes sessions, depending on each individuals case and injury. Techniques used are Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation
Lymphatic Drainage
Berry Method® techniques used for ridding the body of toxins, pharmaceutical or environmental. Treatment can reduce swelling due to a lax circulatory system, speed up illness recovery or injury and can promote bowel movement due to constipation. Sessions are 60 minutes.

Gel Nails
