FROZEN SHOULDER or SHOULDER PAIN

Have you or do you know someone who  has problems with pain and/or a decreased range of motion in their shoulder?  Have you experienced not being able to extend  or raise your arm beyond a very limited range, maybe to reach something on the top shelf or even wave “hello“ to a friend?? This type of problem can be due to an injury , trauma or  post surgery.   As long as all the ligaments and muscles are intact and there are no broken bones,  I can usually have a shoulder freed up and or moving without pain in as little as one to three visit, depending  on the duration  and severity of the  problem. There are about 18 muscles that govern the shoulders range of motion and all these muscle  MUST work in unison to bring the shoulder into all of it‘s many wonderful and very useful positions. If one is too tight , to loose, or adhered up in scar tissue due to injury, radiation or surgery, it will not work the way it was designed to. Simply put  your body needs help to create a balance.  This can all be done with minimal discomfort  and in a relatively short period of time !!!
